TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The Instagram caption contest (hereafter referred to as “contest”) is only for participants in
India. Participants from other countries are encouraged but would not be eligible to receive the
goodies.
2. The participant must be a fan of TVS Apache's Facebook (hereafter referred to as “FB”) Page to
enter the contest.
3. The contest is exclusively conducted in Instagram and not in FB. Only contest promotions are
done in FB. The caption submissions in FB shall not be considered.
4. The participants are requested to send in original entries to ensure healthy participation.
5. If two similar entries are posted by different participants, the one that was first posted shall only
be considered. Plagiarized entries shall be disqualified.
6. The contest is on for one week period and may be extended without prior notice.
7. The contest administrators have the power to change the rules & regulations without prior
notice and their decision is final.
8. The shortlisted entries and eventual winners shall be requested to confirm their FB & Instagram
user details via FB message. Only upon confirmation the winners shall be announced.
