The Organisers reserve the right to terminate the Contest or to modify the Contest rules and Terms prior to the Closing Date by amending the rules and Terms hereof at its sole and absolute discretion. The winners shall be informed individually through their bedbathmore.com registered email id/ phone number. The winners will then be contacted and if found authentic and satisfying all required conditions, will be eligible for the prize. In case the winners do not acknowledge the communication (call or email) from the Organizer informing the lucky winner(s) within 48 hours, the winner may be deemed, in the Organizer's sole discretion, to have forfeited his win. The Organizer reserves the right to reallocate the prize to another participant.
All winners will need to submit the respective gift tax within 15 days of the announcement of results failing which the winner may be deemed, in the Organizer's sole discretion, to have forfeited his win. The Organizer reserves the right to reallocate the prize to another participant.
No requests will be entertained for the exchange of one prize/gift for another.
