This Promotion is brought to you by Marico Limited 'Organizer' on best effort basis.
The Promotion is valid from September 26th, 2014 to October 31st, 2014 and in India (described as 'Promotion Period').
The advertisement will carry a 10 digit mobile number and/or the website address, where anyone interested to undergo the tests can give a missed call. The representatives of the Organiser will then ask for further details to the Participant through Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system and send the Test code, address of the nearest SRL Centre and two unique coupon codes through SMS. Alternately, anyone can also visit the website and enter their mobile number and locality, select a center and then they will receive an SMS with two coupon codes, test code and center address. The person interested to participate in the Promotion and giving a miss call/visiting the website and entering his details will be henceforth referred to as ‘Participant’
By participating in this Program through any of the means available (Missed Call or website), Participant fully and unconditionally agree to accept and abide by these Terms and Conditions available as well as the decisions of Marico, which are final and binding in all matters related to the program.
The Participant shall be contacted by the representatives of the Organizer on the mobile/landline number from which the missed call was received as available in Organiser's records.
Missed calls/data fed on the website by the Participant are deemed to be submitted at the time of receipt of the same into the Organizer's database, and not at the time of transmission by the Participant; which will be confirmed by the response IVR call made.
One mobile number will be qualified and eligible for only 2 unique coupon codes that will enable 2 Participants to avail the offer. On receiving another missed call from the same mobile number the same unique codes will be resent by the Organiser through SMS.
The m-coupons are valid for upto 30 days from the date of issue.
Promotion is open to all 'Indian National resident in India' who are above 18 years of age.
Participation is optional.
This is a promotion for Saffolalife and not a joint promotion between SRL Limited and Organiser.
One unique coupon code entitles the Participant to one Lipid Profile test (cholesterol test) as offered by the Organizer and conducted by SRL Limited.
The Eligible Participant will be contacted 2 times on the contact number from which we had received the missed call over a period of 24 hours. In the event that the Eligible Participant is not contacted even after the 2 tries on the contact number then the Organizer shall send an SMS asking the Participant to give a miss call again.
The Organizer does not guarantee the presence of the SRL centre at the location convenient to the Participant..
Decision of Organizer will be final and binding with regard to Promotion, Participants of the Promotion, etc. and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
The Participant waives conditions of DND register of the mobile number provided by him by participating in the Promotion.
The Participant warranties that all the information given by him to the Organizer belongs to him and any liability arising due to wrong information provided by the Participant solely lies on the Participant and not with Organizer or its representatives.
Organizers do not guarantee the receipt of the miss call or the data fed by the Participant on the website due to any reason, including but not limited to network problem.
No cash payment will be made in lieu of the free cholesterol test offer.
The Organizer's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into in relation to any decision taken by the Organizer.
Organizers reserve the right to cancel, modify, extend or withdraw the Promotion, at any time, at its sole and absolute discretion.
Participants of the Promotion agree that by entering into these contests or promotion they agree to these terms and conditions.
All disputes relating to this Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts at Mumbai only and no other Court shall have jurisdiction.
The Participants of the Promotion agree that by participating in the Promotion, they agree to share the reports with the Organiser who can further use the same.
