1. The Contest is open to all residents and permanent residents of India. TOTAL’s employees, advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. The Contest ends at 11:59:59 hours on 6th December 2014 in accordance to the Indian Standard Time.
3. Any entry submitted after the closing date will be disqualified.
4. The participants who complete the game will be eligible to win the prizes. These winners will be selected on weekly basis from the Total Quartz microsite leaderboard and/or other means of communication that may be deemed appropriate by TOTAL Oil India Pvt Ltd.
5. All winners will be notified via email, post which the winners need to send their postal address within 7 days from the date of receipt of the email from Total Oil India Private Limited. In case the winner does not respond within 7 days to any email/prize notification, or the response comes as undelivered, it will result in disqualification of the winner. TOTAL reserves the right to deal with all unclaimed prizes in any manner deemed fit. Prizes are not exchangeable for cash.
6. The prizes offered are: 1st Prize – Apple Iphone 6 (1 in number), 2nd Prize – Apple Ipad Nano 16 GB (10 in number) and 3rd Prize – Fossil watches (20 nos). Prizes are subject to availability and may change.
7. All statutory levies including taxes, duties, octroi etc., applicable on the prizes would be borne by the prize winner.
8. All prize are subject to Income Tax /Gift Tax as per the Income Tax/Gift Tax laws or any other taxes/levies as may be applicable, as per the prevailing laws and the same are to be borne by the winner directly before handing over the gift by Total Oil India Pvt Ltd.
9. Prize will be dispatched through courier to the location of the prize winner from Total Oil India Pvt Ltd Head Office, Mumbai.
10. Total Oil India Pvt Ltd shall not be responsible for the performance of the item given as prize and the winner shall be responsible for any loss/injury/expense arising out of the usage of prize items.
11. Gifts shown on the microsite are for representation purpose only & may vary from those actually distributed.
12. TOTAL Oil India Pvt Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not meet the Terms and Conditions of this Contest. This includes, but is not limited to, entries submitted with invalid or incorrect information.
13. TOTAL Oil India Pvt Ltd reserves the right to disqualify all entries from any participant and prohibit the participant from further participating in the Contest in the event of a suspicion that the participant tampered with, or benefited from tampering regulations of the Contest or the Terms and Conditions stated herein.
14. TOTAL Oil India Pvt Ltd reserves the right at any time, without prior notice to add, alter, modify, change or vary the items and conditions contained herein, wholly or in part at its absolute discretion.
15. TOTAL Oil India Pvt Ltd reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Contest. Any cancellation, termination or suspension of the Contest by the Total Oil India Pvt Ltd shall not entitle the participant to any claim or compensation against the Total Oil India Pvt Ltd for any loss or damage incurred by the participant as a direct or indirect result of such cancellation, termination or suspension.
16. The decision of TOTAL Oil India Pvt Ltd is final and no claim or correspondence disputing the Organizer's decision will be entertained.
17. By accepting the terms and conditions, the participant hereby grants TOTAL Oil India Pvt Ltd the right to publish or display the name, picture, identification numbers, photographs or other information whenever necessary or where/when deemed fit for advertising and publicity purposes.
18. In case of any dispute, the same shall be resolved amicably failing which the dispute shall be referred to sole arbitrator nominated and appointed by the Total Oil India Private Ltd under the provision of Indian Arbitration & Conciliation Act 1996 or its statutory modifications or in re-enactment thereof. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties. The venue for arbitration shall be Mumbai.
