1. The ‘I Love Delhi’ App allows people of India to share pictures of Delhi which reflect their love towards this beautiful city.

2. Only citizens of India above the age of 18 are eligible for participation. 

3. Derogatory or inappropriate images (and or text) of any kind will not be entertained. Moreover, people submitting it will be banned immediately.

4. Winners will be announced on February 20th, 2015.

5. JK Lakshmi Cement's decisions regarding the winner announcement will be final, conclusive and binding and no further appeal, inquiry and/or correspondence will be entertained.

6. All pictures submitted by participants will be the sole property of JK Lakshmi Cement and no participant can claim any form of royalty/compensation or rights over the image.

7. JK Lakshmi Cement reserves the right to use the pictures submitted along with the remarks by participants for uses such as promotion & branding or any other means both external & internal.

8. JK Lakshmi Cement has the right to discontinue, modify or extend the Contest, prize and the Terms at any time without prior notice and without assigning any reason and the contestants shall not challenge the same before any court of law.
