The contest will be hosted on Sony Alpha Community Page It is mandatory to register for Alpha Classroom to participate There will be 3 winners who will win Sony Goodies Winners will be selected by actor and vlogger Garima Goel Contest Duration: 11 January 2023 to 8th February 2023 The winner(s) will need to share their details within 48 hours of the name being announced along with a picture/scanned copy of a valid photo ID proof. Gratification will be delivered to the winner or can be collected from the designated store adhering to the Covid -19 guidelines for the winner’s location/area.
Gratification dispatch will take a duration of 30-45 days upon receiving the winner details.
Entrants are strictly prohibited from posting any defamatory, libellous, obscene, pornographic, profane, threatening, or unlawful material or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense or give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law to this contest and/ or violative of any laws, in contempt of court, anti- national or against the declared public policies of the nation or defamatory to any religious faith or anything which panders to puritan taste, interfere/infringe upon any rights under applicable laws (including, but not limited to copyright, trademark, design or contract) of any third party. Prizes in the contest may be rescinded if Sony determines that there has been an infringement of the entry requirements or public order and morality.
Sony shall not be responsible in case of change in dates of contest or cancellation thereof for any reason beyond Sony’s control including but not limited to Force Majeure. While participating the Contest, furnishing of personal details and contact(s), if any, to company shall be treated as consent to receive communication at the contact details provided.
