- These terms and conditions apply to KitKat Chance to Win iPhone Promo Consumer Benefit Program (hereinafter referred to as “Program”) for voluntary participation of consumers, sponsored and launched by Nestlé India Limited (Nestlé India), having its registered office at 100 / 101, World Trade Centre, Barakhamba Lane, New Delhi – 110 001 and conducted by 4 Minute Mile Marketing 301/302, 3rd floor, Akruti Orion, 301, Shraddhanand Rd, Navpada, Vile Parle, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400057 (hereinafter referred to as “Agency”) wherein consumers can participate by sending an SMS of the 10 digit lot number (herein after referred to as the “Code”) Lot Number printed under the seal at the back of the Promo Pack laminate of KITKAT 2 Fingers (hereinafter referred to as the “Program Pack”).
- The Program is valid only in India from 10/03/2024 to 23/04/2024 (both dates inclusive) (herein after referred as “Program Period”). The Program is valid throughout.
