Football Social Media Contest Round Details:
- The First Round: Will consist of trivia questions about football, and participants shall share their responses in the comments section.
- The Second Round: is ‘Guess the Player’ where the participants will identify football greats basis their career milestones and share their responses in the comments section.
- The Final Round: we will challenge you to showcase your best football tricks and share the video with us, tagging our social media handle @RedmiIndia and using the hashtags #WorldChampionsEdition and #UltimateFootballFaceoff.
Social Media Contest Eligibility Criteria:
- You can participate only once in this Contest during the Contest Period. Any attempt at cheating, like creating duplicate social media accounts, will lead to immediate disqualification.
- By submitting/uploading the Video, you represent and warrant that you are the authorized account owner of the social media account used to submit/upload the entry, and that you are the sole owner of the copyright and all other intellectual property rights in the video, without infringement on any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, moral rights, or other intellectual property rights.
- By participating in this Contest, you grant to Xiaomi, a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid-up license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display the Videos, in any form and on any media, and to create derivative works therefrom, whether on a standalone basis or incorporated into other marketing or promotional materials.
Social Media Contest Winners and Prize offered:
Xiaomi shall, from the list of participants, who have satisfied the Eligibility Criteria, randomly pick names of ten (10) lucky winners. The selection of Winners shall be at the sole discretion of Xiaomi;
- The first three Winners will each receive a mi.com e-voucher, which can be redeemed exclusively for purchasing the AFA Edition Redmi Note 13 Pro+
- The next three Winners will each receive a Rs. 5000 mi.com e-voucher
- The last four Winners will each receive a mi.com e-voucher, which can be redeemed exclusively for purchasing the Redmi Buds 5
- The Winners will be announced on 28th June, 2024, on @RedmiIndia Instagram and Twitter handles.
- Xiaomi will contact the Winners through direct messages on their social media handles from which the videos were uploaded.
Social Media Contest Term And Condition:
- The participation in the Contest is voluntary. Participation in this Contest constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. By participating in this Contest, you agree to receive communication(s) from Xiaomi and/or its affiliates relating to the Contest and unconditionally agree not to make any claim or raise any complaint against Xiaomi and/or its officers, directors, employees, subsidiary or any authorized third-party agency in this respect.
- Xiaomi reserves the right to alter, modify or cancel any Terms herein, or modify, terminate or withdraw the Contest at any time during the Contest Period at its sole discretion without prior notice or assigning any reason thereof.
- Xiaomi retains the right to contact the participants any time during or after the expiry of the Contest.
- There is no levy of an entry fee for participation in the Contest. Any person who claims to be from Xiaomi and asks you to pay an entry fee for participation in the Contest is defrauding you and you should report this to the local police immediately. There are also no lotteries, prize monies, cash prizes etc. distributed by Xiaomi. - Xiaomi or any of its affiliates will not be liable for any loss of earnings, employment or otherwise caused to you and arising as a result of your participation in the Contest.
- Xiaomi’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Contest, including but not limited to, selection of Winners and interpretation and application of these Terms.
- This Contest shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes with respect to this Contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, India.
- Contest shall be void in any state were prohibited by law. All relevant national and local laws apply. Individuals residing in such states shall not be eligible to participate in the Contest. In such case, Xiaomi shall not be liable to provide any free cash-back, gift(s) or compensation to the participant on any account. Conducting this Contest is prohibited in the state of Tamil Nadu and thus, customers residing in the state of Tamil Nadu are not eligible to participate in this Contest.
- Failure by Xiaomi to enforce any of its right at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
- If any provision of these Terms is held by any court or other competent authority to be void or unenforceable in whole or part, the other provisions of Terms and the remainder of the affected provisions shall continue to be valid.
