- Eligibility to Participate

- Participant must be a natural person and competent to enter into a binding contract under the applicable law of India.

Prizes Details of Pulse Scratch Card Contest
- During the Contest Period, 136 winners will be selected for Prizes for a contest period of 120 days as per the prizes given below.
- Every day one winner, total 120 winners will be selected from Pan India to win Rs 5000 Gold Gift Voucher for the first 120 days of promo duration
- Every week one winner, total of 16 winners will be selected from Pan India to win Rs 9999 Gold Gift Voucher for the first 16 weeks of promo duration.

- Each participant is allowed to enter once per week using a mobile number throughout the duration of the contest.
- Participants will be required to register on the contest website during the contest period.
- Participants from Rest of India will enter a unique code along with other details to submit their registration.
- Participants from Tamil Nadu will enter a unique code along with other details to submit their registration. Additionally, they will answer a skill-based question.
Winner Selection
- Any participant can win only once during the contest period with the same mobile number and email ID.
- From the Valid Entries received, the Organizer will select 136 winners who will win Prizes throughout the Promotion Period .
- Winners for Rest of India will be selected by Premier Sales Promotions Private Limited using randomizer software irrespective of the time of the entry.
- For Tamil Nadu, From the Valid Entries received, the first response describing their love for Pulse will be considered for evaluation. Each entry eligible for evaluation will be evaluated on the creativity of the response (uniqueness, freshness of the answers) received by the Organizer.
- Prizes will be given subject to the winner satisfying the verification process of DSFL.
- The prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and must be accepted as awarded. If the winner fails to claim the prize within the specified time and manner, the prize will be forfeited, and no cash alternative will be provided. Prizes must be accepted as offered and cannot be altered.
- Unclaimed prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for other goods or services or exchanged for cash.

- The contest will commence from 12.00:01 AM on 15th April’24 to 11:59:59 PM on 15th October’24.
- Time of participation will be defined as the time at which the entry is received through the Online mode of participation at the Contest Website.
- Entries coming outside the Contest Period will not be considered for winner selection.
