- 1 cup mango pulp (fresh or canned)
- 2 cups desiccated coconut
- 1 cup condensed milk
- 1 tsp ghee
- Cardamom powder (optional)
- Dry fruits for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Heat ghee in a pan and add the mango pulp.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes on low heat until the pulp thickens.
- Add the condensed milk and stir continuously.
- Mix in the desiccated coconut and cook until the mixture starts to leave the sides of the pan.
- Add cardamom powder, if desired.
- Let it cool slightly, then roll the mixture into small ladoos.
