To ripen these fruits faster, put them in a paper bag with a banana. They’ll ripen in 24 hours! This is because bananas release small amounts of ethylene, which is a ripening agent. Wash & dry them well. Cut off the roots, if any. Layer an airtight container with paper napkins. Place a layer of greens . Add another napkin layer and repeat. Ideally, no moisture should be retained. Store in the fridge Wash & dry them well. Break off the stems and store them in an airtight box in the fridge.
